Samantha Ciotta pleaded guilty May 10, 2018 in Riverside County to three felony counts involving a student; John Doe v. Beaumont USD, April 2018, alleges administrators were warned.

Summer Hansen pleaded guilty February 27, 2015 to all 16 felony counts involving five students; three years state prison, Riverside County.

Officer Gregory Rodriguez found guilty January 14, 2025 in Madera County on 64 counts (224 years); the DOJ found on August 13, 2026 an unbroken pattern of staff sexual misconduct since 2000; 279+ women in pending suits.

Robert Pimentel pleaded no contest May 29, 2014 (12 years); LAUSD paid $58 million on 18 De La Torre cases in 2016 and $10 million on five more in 2020.

Coach Joe Robles Jr. pleaded guilty August 2020 to eight counts (four years); five former students sued Corona-Norco USD in Riverside County, April 2022.

Mark Santo convicted June 5, 2023 (80 years to life, affirmed 2025); Jane Doe 1 et al. v. LBUSD, LASC 23STCV31632, filed December 27, 2023, alleges the district ignored and concealed the abuse.

Stacy Walker pleaded guilty July 2, 2024 in San Diego County to three felonies involving a student (three years); the district put her on leave in 2023.

The DOJ's August 13, 2026 findings name CIW: a longstanding pattern of sustained staff sexual misconduct, officials on notice since 2000; 130+ plaintiffs in Sacramento County and 20 CIW plaintiffs in JCCP 5276.

LA County has approved $4 billion and $828 million in juvenile-hall settlements; the AG charged 30 officers on March 3, 2025 over staff-arranged fights; a federal suit filed July 17, 2025.

David Bruce was charged in 2015 over six boys and died mid-trial in 2018 (no conviction); a November 20, 2024 complaint by 25 former students alleges the district was told twice.

Named in the May 15, 2026 San Bernardino County complaint for 136 former detainees and the August 7, 2026 companion complaint for 123 more.

About thirty former residents in consolidated Cook County cases; the 1985 Friese conviction; no deadline for most claimants born after 1983.

A Champaign County jury awarded a 13-year-old patient $535M in March 2024; cut to $180M, then reported settled. Trial evidence described a dozen assaults 2015–2020. No deadline for minors under Illinois law; no cap.

The Illinois Attorney General's May 2023 report names 275 clerics with substantiated allegations in the Archdiocese; the Archdiocese has paid more than $400 million since 2001, nine more claims settled this September.

McCormack pleaded guilty in Cook County on July 2, 2007 to five counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse of St. Agatha boys; the Archdiocese's own review records the 1999, 2003 and 2005 reports that came first.

Maday was convicted by a Wisconsin jury in 1994 (20 years); in June 2021 the Archdiocese paid $880,000 to two former St. Bede altar boys over 1977–1983 conduct.

Substitute teacher Brett Smith pleaded guilty in Cook County on July 16, 2026 to aggravated battery of a child; a January 28, 2026 complaint alleges the Archdiocese hired him without catching a 20-year record.

Nine clerics on the Attorney General's report list Quigley among their assignments; a former student sued the Archdiocese on November 24, 2025 over grooming at Quigley in the early 1980s.

Five St. Leonard-assigned priests are on the Attorney General's report and the Archdiocese's own list; the Archdiocese's file shows a 1986 report about Kenneth Ruge and a 1991 removal.

Two complaints filed November 24, 2025 by former St. Christina students against the Archdiocese; the Archdiocese's released file records what it knew in 1990 and what the parish was told in 1993.

At least 29 suits in the 19th JDC since June 2024 naming 20 clergy, 12 never on the diocese's own list (WBRZ, Jan 2026); more than a third settled privately. Revival window closes June 14, 2027.

About 50 suits in the 15th JDC since June 2024, at least 13 in 2025; Gauthe's Oct 1985 guilty plea (33 counts, 20 years) is the historic record. Diocese enrolled a bankruptcy lawyer in one case July 2026 — not filed. Window closes June 14, 2027.

Federal guilty plea Aug 10 2026 (E.D. Mo. 4:23-CR-505), 18 counts, 18 men stopped or detained Nov 2022–Jun 2023; sentencing Nov 24 2026. §1983 five-year clock (Sulik) runs to 2027–28.

The Archdiocese's own 2019 list carries 63 names; 34 alleged abusers were named through the 2019–2021 window filings; N.J. Supreme Court cleared a statewide grand jury presentment June 2025. Deadline: age 55 for childhood claims, or 7 years from discovery.

Removed from parishes 1989, suspended 1992; on the Archdiocese's Feb 2019 list; more than two dozen men described the same conduct to the Star-Ledger in 2011. Claims run against the Archdiocese; he was never charged and died in 2019.

Complaint MID-L-005430-21 pending in Middlesex County; the Appellate Division (Dec 2023) held the Diocese of Richmond had prior knowledge of a priest later assigned here; Grein's McCarrick-era suit settled April 2026.
